Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using FormFlow, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

FormFlow is a form builder application that integrates with monday.com to allow users to create and manage forms for data collection and board management. The service enables users to:

  • Create forms for adding new items to monday.com boards
  • Create forms for updating existing items in monday.com boards
  • Customize form appearance and functionality
  • Manage form submissions and data

User Accounts and Responsibilities

Account Requirements

  • monday.com Account: You must have a valid monday.com account to use FormFlow
  • Workspace Access: You must have appropriate permissions within your monday.com workspace
  • Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete information

User Responsibilities

  • Compliance: Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Data Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy of data you submit
  • Security: Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Acceptable Use: Use the service only for lawful purposes

Prohibited Uses

You may not use FormFlow to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful or malicious content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
  • Interfere with the service’s operation

Data and Privacy

Data Ownership

  • Your Data: You retain ownership of data you create and submit
  • Form Content: You own the content of forms you create
  • Submissions: You own data submitted through your forms

Data Processing

  • Service Provision: We process data to provide our service
  • monday.com Integration: Data is shared with monday.com as necessary
  • Privacy Policy: Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy

Data Security

  • Infrastructure: FormFlow is hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) in Belgium (EU region)
  • Database: Data is stored securely using MongoDB Atlas with EU-based servers
  • Protection: We implement enterprise-grade security measures including encryption at rest and in transit
  • Geographic Location: All data processing and storage occurs within the European Union
  • No Guarantee: We cannot guarantee absolute security
  • Your Responsibility: You are responsible for securing your account

Hosting and Storage

  • Cloud Platform: FormFlow is hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) in Belgium (EU region)
  • Database: Data is stored using MongoDB Atlas with EU-based servers
  • Geographic Location: All infrastructure is located within the European Union
  • Security: Enterprise-grade security measures protect all data and infrastructure

Service Availability

Uptime

  • Best Efforts: We strive to maintain high service availability using reliable cloud infrastructure
  • No Guarantee: We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Maintenance: We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service

Service Changes

  • Updates: We may update or modify the service
  • Features: We may add, modify, or remove features
  • Notice: We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

  • FormFlow: We own all rights to the FormFlow application
  • Trademarks: FormFlow and related marks are our trademarks
  • Copyright: The service and its content are protected by copyright

Limitation

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE.

Maximum Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Termination
